What Makes Our Studio Different from a Gym
We use medically approved Power Plate training technology. These machines gently activate your muscles to improve strength, balance, and circulation in just 30 minutes. The sessions are ideal for people with limited mobility, low energy, or joint issues.
We also offer Slim Tech fat-burning sessions that are walking-based and easy on the joints.

Owner Sue Archer, now 71, opened the studio in 2007 to create a truly local space where anyone could feel confident to move again. Her experience and warm approach have helped hundreds of people across Hove and Brighton to stay active and healthy.
