Do you offer fitness for people recovering from injury?
Yes, injury recovery and rehabilitation are central to what we do. Many of our clients come to us after surgery, physio, or a period of inactivity. Our 1-to-1 sessions are ideal if you are rebuilding confidence, improving mobility, or need a slow, supported reintroduction to movement.

What should I wear or bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Trainers are fine, and we recommend bringing a small towel and water. All equipment is provided at the studio.
You do not need to bring anything complicated - just yourself and a willingness to get started.
