For more than 18 years, Sue Archer and Finney have worked side by side in the heart of Hove, helping hundreds of people find confidence, strength, and consistency in their fitness journey.
Since opening in 2007, the pair have become well known across Hove and Brighton for their friendly, personal approach. Every session at Healthy Vibes is designed to be enjoyable, effective, and accessible for all abilities - whether you are returning to exercise after a break, recovering from injury, or simply looking for something that feels sustainable and rewarding.
Sue Archer
Sue founded Healthy Vibes in 2007 after training in Power Plate technology. With more than 18 years of hands-on experience, she has guided hundreds of clients through gentle, effective workouts that improve balance, strength, and confidence.
Over the years, Sue has refined her approach, combining Power Plate exercises with resistance bands, hand weights, soft balls, and leg weights to deliver a complete full-body session in just 30 minutes. Her calm, reassuring manner helps even the most nervous beginners feel comfortable and capable.
Finney
Finney has worked alongside Sue since Healthy Vibes first opened, sharing her passion for helping people of all ages rediscover their confidence through movement. Originally trained in Exercise to Music, Finney combines rhythm, positivity, and careful attention to detail to ensure every class feels upbeat and achievable.
Clients often describe Finney as patient, motivating, and genuinely fun to train with. Her focus on technique and encouragement helps everyone, from complete beginners to long-time members, get the most out of each session.

How We Train and Support You

Each class is small, with up to six people per session, so there’s always time for individual guidance. Mirrors are used to help clients check their posture and form safely, while gentle background music adds energy and focus. Every workout is carefully balanced - challenging enough to make progress, but always achievable and enjoyable.
