At Healthy Vibes Fitness Studio, we specialise in time-efficient, friendly, and results-driven fitness classes in Hove designed for every age and ability. Established in 2007 by Sue Archer, we have built a reputation across the surrounding areas for providing supportive, small-group exercise in a calm, motivating environment. With experienced trainers, six Power Plate machines, and expert-led programs, you will always feel guided, safe, and encouraged.
Power Plate Classes
Our most popular sessions are our Power Plate classes, where you can achieve the results of a full-body workout in just 30 minutes. Power Plate technology uses gentle vibrations to engage your muscles, improve circulation, and strengthen bones, making it perfect for all fitness levels, especially older adults and those in rehabilitation.
Each class includes posture checks in front of mirrors to ensure correct form, and background music helps keep sessions uplifting and energising. With a maximum of six people per class, you’ll always receive personal attention and expert support.

Personal Training
If you prefer a one-to-one approach, our personal training offers tailored support for your unique needs. We work with clients who are recovering from surgery, managing mobility issues, or simply want a more personal approach to staying active.
Every session includes a warm-up, guided exercises, and a relaxing cool-down or massage. You’ll work directly with an experienced trainer who understands your body and progress.

Small Group Fitness for Confidence and Connection
We keep our classes intentionally small, with up to six people per session. This ensures every member gets close attention from the instructor, proper posture guidance, and a friendly sense of community.

What to Expect at Your First Class
When you join your first class, you’ll be welcomed by Sue or one of our trainers, shown around the studio, and introduced to the equipment. Every session is adjusted to your comfort and fitness level. We’ll help you feel confident using the machines and ensure every movement supports your goals safely.
Most of our new members start with a free trial and quickly see how our approach is different from a traditional gym. Many go on to combine multiple sessions each week for a balanced and enjoyable routine.
