Welcome to the Healthy Vibes Fitness Studio timetable, where every class is designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and stay motivated.


Our Hove fitness studio offers a range of 30-minute sessions including Power Plate workouts, and personal training, all in a calm, supportive environment.


With flexible morning, lunchtime, and evening options available, it’s easy to find a time that suits your schedule.

Weekly Fitness Class Timetable

Each class lasts 30 minutes and includes warm-up, guided exercises, and a cool-down. With a maximum of six people per class, you’ll always receive personal attention.

MONDAY:

  • 9 am – 1 pm

 

TUESDAY:

  • 12.30 pm

  • 6 pm – 7 pm

 

WEDNESDAY:

  • 9 am – 12 pm

 

THURSDAY:

  • 9.30 am – 10.30 am

  • 12.30 pm

  • 6 pm – 7 pm

 

FRIDAY:

  • 9 am – 1 pm

SATURDAY:

  • 9.30 am – 11 am

About Our Fitness Studio in Hove

At Healthy Vibes Fitness Studio, we keep fitness simple and personal. Our small-group Power Plate sessions are perfect for people of all ages and abilities, especially those returning to exercise or building strength after injury.

Each session combines guided movement and vibration technology to deliver a complete full-body workout in just half an hour. Mirrors help you check posture, and light background music keeps sessions enjoyable and relaxed.

What to Expect in Our Classes

When you join a class, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, encouraging space. Sue and Finney will help you set up correctly, guide every exercise, and ensure your movements are safe and effective.

Because classes are small, you’ll receive feedback and support throughout the session. Most clients find they make steady progress within just a few weeks, noticing improvements in strength, posture, and confidence.

Spaces in our Power Plate Hove classes are limited to six people, so early booking is recommended. Morning and lunchtime sessions fill quickly, and new times are added when demand increases.
